Your daughter is most likely suffering from acute viral gastroenteritis.
Green color of stool is passage of bile in stool without absorption.
Presence of abdominal pain and diarrhea suggests the diagnosis.
She should consult with internal medicine specialist and should go for thorough check up.
She should take oral rehydration solution, antispasmodics and probiotics.
She should also take complete antibiotic course.

Hello dear... I have gone through your post in which you have mentioned that your daughter has had bright green diarrhea accompanied with stomach pain for two days.
All these symptoms indicate that she may be having Gastroenteritis.
Mostly it is viral in nature & can be managed by maintaining adequate hydration in the form of Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS)
But if they are associated with fever, vomiting & blood tinged stool, then bacterial cause is suspected & treated with antibiotics (Metronidazole + Norfloxacin)
If symptoms still persist then it will be better to consult a Gastroenterologist.
Also make sure your daughter is eating a healthy diet.
Avoid junk foods & also have a look if she is allergic to any particular food product.
