Suffering Chest Pain And Taken All Heart Test, Result Normal, Adviced Tryptomer 25mg. When Can I Stop Taking This Medicine?

Dear Sir, I am 46 year old man and lived in ksa,last 15 years I am suffering chest pain and taken all heart test(tmt,ececo,and so many ecg .I consulted hart Sp,GP,Internist etc every body told me you have nothing and also one more thing I visited any doctor first time; give any medicine that I taken I am little fine some days only; after repeat again. Every month it repeated up to four days and finally I consult a doctor; he advice to take Tryptomer 25mg and trika .05mg.Last three year I am taken this medicine now I am better and also suddenly it comes two to three month gap. Why it com like? What is the problem for me? When I can stop this medicine? What are the side effects? Presently my mouth is drying and year also some problem and also any day I did not sleep next day I feel that symptoms. These symptoms Is came suddenly eg.when I do some job in computer suddenly some thing coming from my head to chest and my leg muscles also contrasted and feeling to go toilet. please give me your advice and instructions. thanks, Reghu.

Hello. After heart test were normal, your doctor thought your symptoms were caused by anxiety and gave you "Tryptomer"25 mgr(amitriptilyne)and"Trika"0,05 mgr(alprazolam).
Both drugs are effective for symptoms of anxiety and depression but also cause side effects(Dry mouth is a very frequent side effect of"Trytomer").
You must go to your doctor ,he will examine you and he will decide request heart test again, continue the same treatment or decreasing the dose.
