Suffered Miscarriage, Trying To Conceive, Missed Period, Feeling Irritable, Dizziness, HPT Negative. Could I Still Be Pregnant?

I suffered a miscarriage in April had a D&C and have had 2 normal cycles since then. We are trying to conceive and my period is a 3 days late. I am dizzy off and on but other than a missed period and being a bit irritable and the dizziness I have no other pregnancy symptoms . I have taken a pregnancy test and its negative could I still be pregnant? When should I call my Dr?

Hi dear user,

Thanks for the query.

Urine pregnancy test can be negative in case of early pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy( pregnancy outside uterine cavity).

As you have missed your period and also feeling dizzy, in my opinion, you should go for an urgent serum beta HCG levels and an trans vaginal scan to exactly locate your pregnancy.
