Suffered From Anxiety, Panic Attacks, High Heart Rate, Aortic Regurgitation. What Does It All Amount To?

hello , i am scared , one and half years ago , i had my first panic attack ...
through these 1.5 years i sufered from anexity ... at the first it was continued all the time but later i could control it slightly ... i am still searching diseases and symptomps on the internet .. and i am a medical student too , so that increases my anexiety more and more .. the most agonizing complaint now is that my heart beats strongly all the time no matter i am stressed or not .. my body shakes with beating ... i searched more and more to be scared when i knew that aortic regurgitation causes head nodding .. i am so scared , can't visit a doctor too ...
my Q is : is it probably to be juust anexiety although i am not so stressed now ???
N.B i know i should visit a doctor but please tell me and i will go later
