Suffered Concussion, Lacerations On Side Of Head After Car Crash. Severe Headaches. How To Get Over This ?

hello im in the uk i had a car crash 8 wks ago a hgv lorry side impacted me ,i suffered concussion but was awake .lacerations on the side of my head and horrendous headaches that started 24 hrs later which i can only describe as pressure headaches and i found the only way to relieve this pressure was to use the valsaver manoever and i have a dent on the side of my head where the lacerations were ..i still suffer various symptoms and no doctor seems concerned

Based on details you seems to suffer from post traumatic headache.

You need to undergo EEG to rule out seizure phenomenon (type of fit without loss of consciousness or abnormal movement)

Sodium valproate is the best drug in such a case.Please consult nearby neurologist for evalution and prescription
