Suffer From Mild DNS. Have Pain In Nose, Jaw, Headache. Feel Dizzy. Feel Numb In Nostril. Had Done Horizontal Impacted Dental Surgery.

I have been suffering from mild DNS on my right nose & pain on my right jaw joint & headache, with dizziness when I walk or exert.My ENT says that my ear is fine and wanted to check on my TMJ issue. I also find the numbness on my right side nostril & mild dizziness while speaking on phone .I have recently undergone a horizontal impacted dental surgery on my leftside.Request to understand

Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Since you had undergone extraction of wisdom tooth in your left side of jaw,and the pain is now at the right side,the problem may not be related to the the extraction of wisdom tooth.

I would advice you to get a thorough clinical evaluation by a dentist.

Impacted tooth if present at the right side ,get it extracted.

Maintain oral hygiene well.

Gargle frequently with lukewarm saline.
