Brief Answer:
Peripheral neuropathy to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

In my opinion, in your case, peripheral neuropathy, a condition characterized by peripheral nerves damage from different causes, should be considered and evaluated further as a possible cause of your symptoms.

Conditions related to peripheral neuropathy include diabetes, viral infections, low vitamins B group, alcohol use, autoimmune diseases, nerves compression, side effects of drugs, etc.

Nerve conduction study and EMG together with lab tests about above mentioned conditions are necessary to confirm or exclude peripheral neuropathy.

Lumbar spinal stenosis also may result in sciatic pain and tingling in your legs and feet, especially after walking, so, lumbar spine MRI is also necessary.

Discuss with your Doctor about getting evaluated further in this direction.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
