Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear patient,

Those symptoms could have been cause by the increase in the blood pressure particularly the bottom number; this is an expected response to exercise, including sex, but may be exacerbated by other factors such as caffeine and stimulants, alcohol, sleep deprivation, etc.

Yours truly,

Dr Brenes-Salazar MD
