Started having some mid left back pain on Friday - very sudden, I thought maybe just a sore back muscle then Saturday evening/early sunday morning i began to have extreme gas pains and diareaha almost on the hour for 3 hours not sure of color as it was dark and I was partially alseep. Then I seemed to be OK then later sunday afternoon I ate and felt very full and bloated, later sunday night having multiple pains in upper abdominal area and a few hours later became almost fevierish with shivers and sweats for about 1 hour wrapped up and tried to stay warm then felt better but still having upper abdominial pains thoughout sunday night and all of today - seems to worsen with eating. Feels like sharp accute gas pains
