Strong Fluttering Deep In Left Hand Side, Not Ovulating Normally. Had Massive Ovarian Cyst Removed. Treatment ?

Hello , I wonder if you can help me , I had a massive ovarian cyst removed with my left overy and left tube last June .ive not been ovulating normally since , but the pass to days I've been getting really strong fluttering deep in my left hand side which is driving me mad , it's just bordering painful, any ideas , I had a ultra sound a few weeks ago and the lady couldn't see anything ??

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since , you mentioned that operated for ovarian cyst along ovary & tube, some 14 months ago.
Now pain is in same area ( operated area).
May be some adhesion at the side of surgery or strictures .
In my opinion physical examination as well as clinical examination by surgeon who operated will find the reason of pain.
However this pain is related to old case of surgery.
