General & Family Physician 's  Response
Your problem could be due to internal hemorrhoids or internal piles as it can lead to painless bleeding with stool.
Just wait and watch to ensure that blood is in the stool and not coming from your vagina.
Start taking plenty of water as it will help you in passing your stools easily.
If bleeding persists then you should consult the doctor for proper physical examination and diagnosis.

Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Praveen Tayal's  Response
Thanks for writing to us.
From your description it seems that you are suffering from hemorrhoids or rectal fissures. For symptomatic relief, you can apply preparation H before and after every motion. Hot sitz bath will be helpful. Colonoscopy is required under the guidance of gastroenterologist fr proper diagnosis and further treatment.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
