Black stools suggest upper gastrointestinal bleeding. While green colored stools suggest infection. i would suggest you to get CBC and stool examination done. In the mean time till the report is available start a course of ciproand flagyl and continue it for at least 10 days. Avoid outside food. Stick to home cooked food and boiled water strictly. As a prophylactic antacid start sucralfate one tsf after every meal.
