Stiff Neck, Popping Sound, Tired, Swollen Hands And Feet, Sore Joints

I woke up with a stiff neck thought I slept on it wrong A few hours later I turned my neck fast and heard popping sound. The next day I woke up to swollen hands,feet and legs. I am tired a lot of the time. When I wake in the morning my arms are stiff @my hands are swollen as well as my feet. I have to walk stiff for a while to get started in the morning
and my joints are sore.

Sorry to hear that, right now we can try some anti-inflammatory drug for symptomatic relief, you will get alright with this but to know the exact reason you need to be examined and may be need some routine investigations, other clinical history is also necessary which is not given here like fever, headache nausea etc, take care of your self and be in touch with HCM for further help bye.
