Sprained Foot. Get Tightness, Pins And Needles. Feeling Stiff. What Is This?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
After the sprained foot, the local soft tissue swelling can cause the tightness and tingling in the foot due to the nerve fibres involvement. These symptoms are likely to subside once the swelling subsides. You can keep your foot elevated on two pillows to help.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
