Spots On Inner Thigh And Arm. Small Red Spots Are Scaly And Sore. Dark Spot Left Behind
i have small red spots that are scaly and sore when they first apprear. They do not itch but when they fade i still have a dark spot left behind. They started on my inner thigh, then disappeared and have since showed up on my inner knee, then inner top of my arm and now again the inner thigh. They have been coming and going for a month and a half.

Hi as the effected areas are folds.it can be disease caused by excessive sweating especially fungal infection or seborrhic dermatitis.it can be cured by atarax 25 mg at night.terbinafine tablet 250 mg daily once for 14 days and application of terbinafine ointment twice daily can cure the condition.application of candid dusting powder can prevent recurrences
