Spots in purple on feet. Why? What is the treatment?

Hi DOC, My Mom has small blood spots on her feet , these spots are not growing,but there is one bigger spot purple and dark - i think its petechiae & purpura- is there any treatment for petechiae & purpura ? She has no fever ,no BP , and she has not hurt her self ! how ever am 100% sure its petechiae as we tried several remedies

per se petechiae is not a disease.
its a symptom to various disorders.
so whats your mother having,we need to find out.
what is necessary here is to treat the cause.
egs.does your mother has any associated symptoms?
