Spot And Knot On Wrist, Swollen, No Pain, Ganglion Cyst. What Does This Mean?

I have an unexplainable spot on my wrist that is swollen. it is about two inches long and a inch wide in shape of a circle. It has been there for about 2 weeks now and is no change. There is also no pain. Also I have the knot on the side of my wrist to be swollen and same thing unchanged for 2 weeks. As well as a ganglion cyst on the other wrist.
