Spot And Knot On Wrist, Swollen, No Pain, Ganglion Cyst. What Does This Mean?
I have an unexplainable spot on my wrist that is swollen. it is about two inches long and a inch wide in shape of a circle. It has been there for about 2 weeks now and is no change. There is also no pain. Also I have the knot on the side of my wrist to be swollen and same thing unchanged for 2 weeks. As well as a ganglion cyst on the other wrist.
Swollen circular spot over the wrist can be ganglion if it is harder or a granuloma annulare.i think it is granuloma annulare which is commonest problem in diabetes .it can be cured by sever modalites like medicines (hydroxychoroquine.methotrexate.retinioc acid).intralesional steriods or saline. Etc
