Sporadic Shooting Pain In Back, Shortness Of Breath. What Could Be Wrong?

I have some sporadic shooting pains in the middle, center of my back which causes me to wince and have shortness of breath. I seem fine with lack of motion, but if I move the wrong way, it is intense for awhile! Can you help me figure out what is going on, please. Thank-you!

ok first this pain more of muscular or may be due to spinal compression so you better consult one orthopedic doctor .he may advice you MRI Spine to look for any spinal compression .if normal more in favour of muscular pain so you need positioning exercises
