Sperm Analysis Shows Decreased Sperm Motility. Why Has It Changed ?

Hi
I just got result of my sperm analysis .

In previous analysis around a month ago Motality was over 50% now says 39.18 why it has changed.

Also round cell is 6.41 and wbc is 4-6 which is high .

Where they come from. do they get treated .

I should emphsize 2 month ago I had 3 weeks of on and off fever without specific diagnosis.

Also did tests on thyroid hormones and seology . all normal.
Except testesterone clia which is 2.6 , tests says normal range is 2 to 9.8 is that too low.

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts and semen report that you have posted it appears that percentage of motility of sperms has reduced from 50 % two months back to 39%.

Before labelling it to be reduced one has to do semen analysis thrice in succession over a interval of 2 months.

The presence of R.B.C and W.B.C is suggestive of infection either in seminal vesicle or Prostate.
Please take antibiotics like Doxycycline for one month and repeat your semen analysis after 6 weeks.
