Sore Knees, Swelling, Painful To Walk, Feels Bruised
What does it mean when for months I ve had sore knees, they swelled the first time I had problems went down and have been painful to walk ever since, I do not exercise and have never had knee injeries or problems. The pain is on the side on the inside of my knee to touch feels Badly bruised for months now with no explanation also feels like needs to crack the knee but I don t do that and wen I twist and it does crack there is no relive. The right knee is much worse but both are affected
Thanks for the posting of your query. I had gone through the case and found that it might be osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and any ligament injured. You did not mention your age and other history like hypertension, diabetes or thyroid problem.
You do not worry, first go for some basic test like Thyroid profile, Calcium level, uric acid, Blood Urea, Creatnine ,RA factor, CRP, Vitamin D3, Blood sugar level and X-ray of knee joint.
Definitely you will get the correct diagnosis. Meanwhile take Painkiller, hot water bag to knee and do not bend the knee joint. Take proper calcium rich diet.
Hope my answer will be effective for you.
