Freaked out! I am a married 35 year old male in a monogamous marriage with my wife of 15 years. About 5 months ago I got very sore after going on a bit of a palm bender. I had aching and swelling in left testicle and it hurt when lightly palpitated. The pain would come and go, being sometimes as intense as someone flicking your testicle to a dull radiating ache. This lasted for 3 months. Two months ago on a day when I had the pain in the testicle but only minor, I became erect and immediately started to leak precum (close to half a tablespoons worth). This had never happened to me in my entire life. My wife found it hot and we began intercourse, We had sex for an extended period of time as is normal for me since I struggle achieving orgasm but can stay erect for prolonged sex. I found it hard to reach orgasm and it felt as if a building pressure was there but I could not achieve beyond the threshold. I literally came and passed out. My wife told me that When I came I was spurting everywhere (also unusual for me).. I asked her to elaborate and she said it was like the effect you get from sticking your thumb over the end of a hose. This alarmed me. The following day I was very sore again and tender to the touch in my left groin and testicle. I also noticed that I was not necessarily peeing more frequently but that when I peed I either had to push harder or I felt like urine was trapped in my urethra. I didn't do anything sexual for 4 days (during which I still experienced precum secretion if my penis became even semi erect). On the 5th day I decided to masturbate and relieve my fears over what my wife described, Two things happened which again are very unusual, Firstly I began sprinkling precum everywhere while I was masturbating, I am not talking a drop or two but literally sprinkling droplets everywhere. This alarmed me but I continued to climax. As I got closer the volume of precum was increasing to the point it was literally spurting, When I came I ejaculated as my wife had described and in an amount which I have never seen. I honestly almost tried to stop coming because it felt like I was peeing, The semen was thinner than normal (almost like pure liquid but with a slightly sticky and smooth), I inspected the outcome and found that I had ejaculated in a wide radius extending beyond my head and feet. The semen was semi clear but had a grayish coloring that was a tad milky, Additionally, this semen dried exceptionally fast, and by that I mean like superglue fast. Think about how quickly superglue dries on your skin. The semen was already scaling within 45 seconds of ejaculation, the precum that was spurting earlier dried a bit slower. Doctors, I am still experiencing this. Occasionally I have pain in my lower left testicle and groin and occasionally it feels like my spermatic cord is rigid like a cable on that side (while also hurting). I am still having the issues with the precum on arousal and it has gotten worse as far as the amount released. At times I still have problems fully evacuating my bladder, or feeling like I haven't fully evacuated as it feels like urine is trapped in the shaft. Also, I occasionally find it difficult to pass stool which is either too big or too hard, despite the volume of water I drink. Doctors I am on Vyvanse 50mg, Welbutrin 450mg, Prozac 20mg, and I take adderol as needed in the evenings when I have to manage a late shift. I do have 0.25mg of xanax but I only take those if I experience a lot of anxiety and high stress. I am freaked out. I know I should go to a doctor, but our primary care physician is a woman. I do not have any STDs and have never contracted an STD. My wife and I are both faithful. I've done a lot of reading and I have freaked myself out more. My wife is a nurse and she can give me no explanation for what is happening other than a possible UTI which would have to be verified by a midstream catch and lab review. She says that UTIs are very uncommon in men, and that men who have them usually have pain that intensifies the longer the infection goes untreated. I am worried that I have an enlarged prostate and I am worried about cancer. There have been a couple of incidents of prostate cancer in my family. Any help or advice to ease my fears would be greatly appreciated.
