Hello,

Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.

The most common reason for sodium imbalance is excess passage of the same in urine. It happens in certain kidney conditions called chronic medico renal disease. Get a USG done to rule out any kidney probelms. Als certain tumors near adrenal glands can also lead to this problem. A USG will also rule out such lesions.

Hope I am able to answer your concerns.

If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
