So I Have Had A Rough Couple Months, First It

So i have had a rough couple months, First it started with extreme pain in the left kidney area to find out I had a .6mm kidney stone that within two days was extracted by surgery. The Stone was sent out for a biopsy that i never had found information about. Since then I have on and off had pain in the kidney area or possibly the ovaries. ( In the past I have had 2 cistocopy and 2 laporoscopy done. When they had this info compiled it was found that i had mild endometriosis. I suffered for years and when i finally got Pregnant in 2012 everything went away. My son is now 3 and it feels impossible that I can feel better.)
Anyways I saw a doctor today that feels because of where the pain is located and the frequent urination with one or two episodes when i have wet myself that it is possible that I have an overactive bladder or a thinning lining in the bladder area. I feel this is incorrect because of the Pain, What do you think? Can i be inPain from Bladder issues? I am redirected to the same doctor that extracted my stone for a consult what questions do I ask him? I was prescribed Myrbetriq, is this safe for someone who may be dealing with kidney stone issues, and can the side effects make it worse?
