Having chest pain from past couple of months

23 male, having chest pain past couple months, now i can feel it in my left neck and jaw,? when i first started having this pain it was only in my chest, and went away sometimes, now i have left chest pain and i feel slight numbness on my left neck and jaw and i can feel it all day for the past 4-5 days, been eating better and exercising but it doesnt seem to be going away, i have smoked marijuana for the past 4 years on a regular basis, and never had this feeling, i had a stressful month past couple months i think i might have had a panic attack or something, also i moved to NC from florida, not sure if its the climate, i was not getting much exercise while i was going through a stressful period, but i wasnt in that bad of shape ive done a lot of exercise in the past, i dont not smoke ciggaretts or drink alcohol, gonna stop smoking marijuana for a few days to see if that helps, just wanted to get some feedback from anyone, thank you thanks for answers guys, but i do not have a doctor or health insurance should i just go to the hospital?? thank you

Anytime you have pain or even numbness in your body you need to see a doctor. Chest pain can be life threatening. It also might be a pinched nerve, which is serious, but not immediately life threatening. It's difficult without health insurance. You can just go to the emergency room. You could also ask friends and coworkers to recommend a doctor (since you've had this condition for awhile, even though it seems to be serious). my 12 yr old daughter Alexis has had severe back pain, leg pain, neck pain, fatigue, shortness of breath and generally just feeling unwell for 2 months. All blood tests came back normal except for 2 Lyme titers which came back positive. However the dr feels this is a false positive and wants to run another test in 3 months. dear sir ,before 18 years when i was staying at bangalore,on a fine day ,i noticed i have difficulty in inhaling and shortness of breath.none of the medicines for asthma didn t give any relief.since then till date i have the same problem without any change in condition.i have consulted many doctors and x ray was taken.x rays shown some shadowy portion in lungs.i have more difficulty in cloudy weather,also i have at times wheezing and allergy towards dust.my nose is always filled with mucus.i dont have sinusitis.recently i was diagnosed for hypertension(140/95), and protein was found in urine. my ECG was normal,what preventive measures shall i do?.is there any connection between the problems? also i always have white sticky tongue kindly give advice!
