Smelling Stale Cigarette And Other Odors, Have Panic Attacks
Writing in regard to symptoms of Phantosmia. Also the cause of & the treatment. For months I have endured odors of stale cigarette smoke & other odors I am unable to describe. I live in a condo bldg. which has a little mold in the storage area downstairs & a large crawl space that smells like old nicotine & ozone gas. No one else smells the odor to the extent I do. I have spent bucks on service people etc. It is getting so bad I experience panic attacks at night. Your comments please.

You need to Avoid exposure to the dirt enviornment.
You can start using normal saline nasal sprays. The nasal wash will keep the nose clean and the allergens will be washed out and there will be no crusting with regular nose wash.
