Slight Tingling In Jaws And Transient Numbness In Lips With ECG Showing Prolonged ST Phase

i experience slight tingling in my jaws and transient numbness inmy lips. been told my ECG has prolonged ST phase. I am physically well, though i feel weak generally and want to sleep most of the time. my appetite is not great, and when i am full, i feel like vomiting. any idea of what i could be suffering from? belth

This could be due to nutritional deficiency.
I would like you to take tab vitcofol OD for 30 days.
and look for the changes.
Also get a thorough examination done by a neurologist.
Get your blood pressure and blood sugar examined.
