Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM

Sleep is essential for survival and even 2-3 days without sleep result in reduced mental activity, loss of concentration and confusion. If the condition left untreated and the duration extends then it may lead to coma also. You suffered intense anxiety attack associated with weakness, racing heart and fainting episode so most likely it was due to lack of sleep and was sign of exhaustion. I would advise you to avoid such things in future and if symptoms occurs again consult a Psychiatrist.

Thanks
