Skin Allergy, Rash Spread To Stomach, Back, Lower Abdomen, Itchy, Not Psoriasis, Solutions ?

I am 28 years male suffering from skin allergy from past 2 years. Skin allergy spread from stomach, back bone and lower abdomen. It is very itching in the allergy spread area. Met few dermatologist for medication they said I m not suffering from psoriasis but till date the problem is persisting. Kindly give a permanent solution to my problem Regards
