Should I Meet A Doctor For Pain Down Spine Between Buttocks?

I've developed pain down my spine between my buttocks. One of the bones down there is very tender to touch, it feels bigger . It makes it painful to sit. Has been going on for three to four weeks. Not getting any better. Should I see my doctor?
Thanks.
