Should I Go To ER As My Daughter Is Vomiting After A Fall?

Hello Sir. I have a 14 month old who was placed on the couched by my 4 year while i was cooking dinner, and she the 14 month old fell off the couch and hit the tiled floor very hard. There was no vomitting that night and she seemed okay, i kept an eye on her but (this was Monday night) then Tuesday morning right after she woke up she vomited very much and had a fowl diaper later on. The vomiting also continued. So here we are Friday early morning and she is irriable and showing signs of dhydration. I have been giving her Fusion V8 and her formula, also baby ib proferen, and things to help her sleep...thinking that sleep would help, its the only time when she can eat and not vomit it up.. I want to take her to the ER, but we are all have some cold or flu or something. Do you think i can take her in the morning and it would be fine? Also I have been able to get her to drink a few sips of Pedilyte. I am not sure how much this will cost me , so no offence, this is a very great option to be able to ask a Doctor. But let me think about it first..Thank you.

Hai.... Seems like the head injury & vomiting are unrelated as there was a period of normalcy & moreover she's having diarrhea too. Now you should be looking for Urine output & her activity...if both are low...seek medical help...u suggest you also add zinc supplements. Happy to help anytime. If you are happy with my reply, kindly rate it.
