Should I Give Theraflu Tea Due To The History Of High Blood Pressure?

Hi, my mom is 60 years old and feeling achy, sore throat, light cough and feels warm (im thinking she has an elevated body temperature to indicate a slight fever). She was working at a dental convention and she told me when she came home she felt these symptoms, she thinks she caught something at the show. I wanted to give her some theraflu tea, but I looked on the warnings and it says not to use if you have high blood pressure which my mom has. I wanted to know if it is okay for her to take a dose of theraflu tea? Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you doctor.
