Should I Be Concerned As I Am Having Sharp Pain In Left Lower Side During Periods?

I have been trying to get pregnant and i was 6 days late on my period. And my cycles normally are around 28 to 31 days and I started on cycle 37. I am having very bad sharp pains in the left lower side. Very unusual. Do you know why or whats going on?

It could possible be due to pre-menstrual syndrome.
Analgesic like Mefanamic acid along with antispasmodic like Proxyvon may provide the much needed relief.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life
