Should I Be Concerned About Throbbing Neck Pain Before The Day Of My Periods?

A day before I get my period I get this shocking pain on the right side of my neck (front) even to breath it hurts. I have it for 3-4 days (only when I get my period) can anyone help as I have seen lots of doctors and they don t have an answer. Its not muscle as I have had this for 3 years now

Though it looks unrelated, there is no harm in getting your thyroid examined please get a thyroid profile test done and an ultrasound scan of the neck this will give us an answer.
