Should I Be Concerned About Tasting Vomit When I Burp?
For about a month everytime I burp I taste vomit espicially when I first wake up in the morning and now my upper back and shoulder are constantly feel weak and stabbing pains and now my head hurts especially when I use the bathroom it feels like extreme pressure in my head with a great amount of pain

I really appreciate your concern, all the given symptoms are indicative of hyperacidity due increase secretion in gastric region sick feel happening, even headache is one of the symptom of this, I would suggest to start Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day, and it has to be taken for 3 weeks avoid taking heavy food, and spicy food prior to bed hope this information helps.
