If this is the first time you are experiencing painful cramps i suggest you wait and watch . If the same problem recurs in the next two cycles you can visit your GYN to get evaluated. Just check on the bleeding too and see if it is a normal flow or more than the previous cycle. Depending on age there are many reasons for why the pain has occurred.
