Should Heart Stent Be Replaced Based On This Echocardiogram Report?

Impression of heart monitor showed rare suprventrucular ectopc activity and ventricular ectopic activity, echo cardiogram showed aortic valve area is 1.42(cm)2 and leaking valves and pericardial effusion, Can you tell me if this mean a stent I had put in about 4 years ago will need removed

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, present finding of cardiac activity does not indicates anything wrong with the stent, Left ventricle function would be matter of concern, again angiography is advisable, hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
