Should A Thalamic Stroke And Random Dizziness Urge The Affected To Stop Working?

I had a thalami stroke 2 months ago and now seem to get dizzy randomly during day and I m very tired I m 72 and work hard as a home hospice nurse but I m concerned if it s safe to drive and work this hard. I love my work and don t want to cut back. Can I safely keep working?? Thank you

You can do almost every routine activities. It is better to avoid driving and handling of heavy objects.
