Suggest Post Thalamic Stroke Exercises

My husband recently had a thalamic stroke. It was very mild and he has no after effects with the exception of tingling in his left hand and arm. It is annoying but not painful. Is there exercises to do that would help with this? Also he seems to have an increasesd tiredness, but I think this probably has to do with medication and not the aftermath od the stroke. Just want to know if there is anything that he could be doing? Thanks

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pure form of stroke confirmed by imaging studies and clinical condition supports this then physiotherapy can be thought but medicine is must later on physiotherapy can be decided hope this information helps.
