Should Rozavel Be Continued If Having Dizziness?

My cholestrol level and Tryglicerine level was high so my doctor was prescribed Ecoaspirin AV75 before 5 years and I was taken the medicine continuously for 3 yrs. After that I have stopped the same as I was effected Asthma problem 2-3 times and from past 5 months I didnt take any medicine and recently I have gone through a full body check up and it was diagnosed my cholestrol level & Tryglicerine level little high. Now the doctor suggested me to take rozavel F5 tab on alternative days during night time. While taking the medicine I feel diziness in the morning time. Shall I continue the medicine?

if you feel that your diziness is because of rozavel f ,then stop the medication
instead try taking tablet rozavel (no F) 5MG ONCE DAILY DURING NIGHT
IN CASE DIZZINESS PERSISTS THEN SWITCH ON TO TAB FENOFIBRANATE ONLY 145 MG ONCE DAILY

your dizziness is either because of fenofibrinate or rosuvastatin , so firstly try what i suggested so that we can rule out the dizziness causing medication

there are other aklternative drugs also like niacin which can be used
you have just written that your lipids are mildly deranged
these mild changes can be taken care of by life style modification
cutting down fat in diet and regular exercises also
