General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Gynera contain 0.03 mg ethinylestradiol, 0.075 mg gestodene.
Primolut N contain 5 mg norethisterone.

I generally prescribed primolut N 5 mg twice daily in my practice
It is safe and effective.
Start 3-4 days before excepted period date and continue till you do not want the period (maximum up to 10-12 days).
Take under the advise of gynecologist.
When you stop the drug, period will come in next 2-4 days.
Hope this may help you
