General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
You have delayed period for 2 months.
In absence of pregnancy, it could be due to hormonal imbalance, thyroid dysfunction, ovarian dysfunction/PCOS, adenomyosis, endometriosis.
All these cause require proper investigations by consulting gynecologist.

But at present as you got your period then no need to take primolut N.
But cause should be detected to prevent delayed period in future.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise and maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
