Hi,

Misoprostol acts by causing uterine contractions (pains) to expel out products of conception. Now, I you take Buscopan for pain relief, it may hamper action of Misoprostol, this may interfere with abortion). It may be stopped or may be late in effect) so such drug is avoided with the MTP medication.

Now, you may get delayed effect of abortion or it may be totally stopped.in both the conditions, you should consult your doctor to know about completion of abortion process and get needful treatment to manage incomplete abortion.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
