Should I Stop Using Advent Forte In A Child Causing Loss Of Appetite?

Hi doctor, My daughter is 2.2 years and weighs 12.8 kgs My daughter had 4 days of fever and then it was not coming down ,so on consulting the doctor he prescribed advent forte 457 ,of 4ml two times a day for 7 days.My daughter recovered soon after a single 4ml and I still continued ,it is 4 days and she is refusing food ,she is happy with milk and anything light.I am afraid if I should stop the antibiotic,or should continue for 7 days.

Hello!

Continue the antibiotic course for 7 days and give her proper diet and adequate hydration. You should take her to your doctor for some blood tests.
