Should I See A Cardiologist For Reoccuring Pain On Left Side Of My Chest And Anxiety Related Chest Pain?

I'm a male 20 years old , 5'11 155lbs . Spend most of the day sitting at a desk and I don't get much exercise . Late night work hours . I have a Sharp re-occuring pain on the left side of my chest ( 7/10 ) , ekg and chest xray came back normal ( besides some granules in right lung). Gallbladder scan normal . Blood work normal as well . back pain throughout my whole back ( scoliosis lower back , degenerative arthritis in mid to upper back ) I'm currently on nexium and klonopin for the chest pain to see if that helps and rules out GERD pain , and anxiety related chest pain , but neither seem to be working . It still comes and goes and has been getting worse over the past week
I am in fear constantly of my heart giving out or something because this pain is not normal and does not feel like trapped gas pain or anything I've experienced . Also both of my shoulders feel like theres air trapped under my colarbones and my shoulder joints are weak
My pcp just gave me the anxiety pills after seeing no other possible explanation and sent me on my way

Should I see a cardiologist ?
And is there any way to see if it is a muscular or skeletal problem ?

I don't know what else to do and I feel like there's something serious they aren't able to find

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi
I read your query.

I recommend to see a cardiologist in order to relief your anxiety. I suggest to complete the following exams:
- ECG
- Cardiac ECHO
- Stress test and
- Holter monitoring

If everything is ok than you have nothing to worry about. This is probably due to anxiety disorder.

Hope i answered to your query.
