Should I Be Worried For Toddler Having Dent On Forehead?

My 18week old baby fell off bed 3days ago she cried for a minute didn't vomit or looked unwell. She is feeding well and she is her normal self. Today wen I was giving her a bath I saw a dent on her forehead should I be worried. The bed she fell off from is about 40cm high

usually after a fall and head injury we keep them under observation for 48 hours.
If the 48 hours observation period is uneventful ,there is nothing to worry.
Already 3days passed , you can relax.
