Should I Be Worried About Chest Pain?

i got chest pain in the left side and i had done ECG for three times and it shows normal. but sometimes i am getting pain. i am 35yrs old.i have done blood urea and serum creatinine test. they are showing normal. iam normal or should i go for another tests.

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should undergo stress test (Trade Mill Test)(TMT) to rule out cardiac cause. Baseline ECG can be normal but, since you are having recurrent chest pain cardiac cause must be rule out. TMT will help you in finding heart disease when your heart is under stress. If this is also normal than your chest pain must be related to tension (stress). So be relax and keep calm.
