General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on information provided, it seems like some ongoing infection may be on pelvic infection or at the sight of operation.

It may be dysmenorrhea that is giving an higher response, but nothing can be said for sure, need some investigation to pin point a cause.

ADVICE: Please consult your physician as soon as possible.

Hope it helps,
Dr. JAY PATEL.
