Sharp Pain Under Breasts, Sweating, Trapped Wind, Muscle Inflammation. On Acid Tablets. Cure?

hi could you help me i been getting sharp pains on and off on my left side under my breasts more on the ribs and on the side went to gp told me not to worry but when i get a pain its scares me and makes me sweat get clampy hands he said it was inflamtion muscle but i also suffer from tramped wind and iam on acid tablets please help

It is likely to be muscular pain, compounded by anxiety.
However, ECG should be done, to be sure.
If in doubt, an exercise ECG must be done to exclude ischemia
You have not mentioned the age or gender - with increasing age, the combination of pain and sweating demand an ECG
