how long you people are trying for pregnancy,is it the first cycle follicle is rupturing?your semen analysis is normal?becoz answer depends all these things.if male factors and female factors are normal and trying for pregnancy then it is only 15 to 20 % chances in first cycle.but the % will increase in every cycle in 6th month(cycle )it is around 60% so keep trying .if your wife fails to conceive even after one year of unprotected sex then only you people need to don't loose hope, you just stared ,go ahead you can make it.all the best
hope that it 'll helped you
