Severe Pain In Upper Body, Side Bones, Lower Back. Taking Akt-3. Advised Myoril. Any Diagnostic Test Needed?

Hi Naga Ravi Prasad , Thanks for your reply. Even my consulted doctor is said to take myoril. I have taken 3 days. But pain is still coming when i turn my upper body to left. pain is coming from side bones in upper back to spine in lower back in right side. I have completed 8 months to take akt-3. Still i need to take 2 more months as per my doctor suggestion. This pain is more when I wake up in the early morning or after a 2 hour sleep in day also. When i asked my doctor regarding this he is saying it is not due to bone TB. Is there any suggestions for this. Do i need to go for any diagnostic tests. Could you please kindly suggest . Thanks.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The persistent back pain even after taking the treatment for TB can be due to a muscle spasm or a disc related problem. You need to get an MRI scan of your spine done with a few blood tests.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
